How do I login to the website?

Once you have activated your account, you can login to www.shopwilliamwolf.com. You will need to use the email address associated with your account to login. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking here and clicking 'Create account'.


How do I change my password?


1. Go to account login which can be found on the top right of the navigation bar, or by simply clicking here.

2. Click the link “Forgot your password?"

3. Enter the email address you used to set up your account on www.shopwilliamwolf.com.

4. Once you click the submit button, you will be emailed a link that will direct you to reset your password on our website. Please enter a new password of your choice and confirm the password by reentering it. Click the 'Reset Password' button to complete this action.


Can I send a bottle abroad?

The Cask and Barrel Club does not arrange for the delivery of orders overseas.


Why don't you arrange delivery to certain states?

Due to laws of specific states, the Cask and Barrel Club currently does not arrange for delivery of products into a number of states.


Do you have a phone number to call?

The Cask and Barrel Club does not have a contact number. Of course, we are happy to help assist you. Please fill out our Contact Us form and we will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. Make sure to provide an email address and/or daytime phone number for us to get in touch! 


Can I cancel my order?

No, orders cannot be canceled. All sales are final. If you have concerns about your order, please contact shopwilliamwolf@caskandbarrelclub.com.
